Claudia Hodonou, Ph. D.

Assistant, Research and Innovation

With a PhD in mechanical engineering from Montréal’s École Polytechnique, Claudia  has a knack for proposing innovative solutions to the complex problems encountered in engineering. Passion and creativity combined with an analytic mindset have allowed her to excel in the use of data analysis tools.

As research and innovation analyst, she leads Nergica’s projects on the impacts of snow on PV panels and icing on wind turbine blades.

She is also working to identify correlations between meteorological conditions and lidar data availability in the context of the International Energy Agency’s “Task 32” working group on the use of lidar for wind energy applications.
