Khaled Khezzane

With a passion for scientific research, especially as it pertains to renewable energy and microgrid integration, Khaled has had the opportunity to work in these fields in a number of capacities . He has notably been involved in the integration of rechargeable electric vehicles on the grid as well as optimum energy management for microgrids. He is recognized for his skills in mathematical system modelling, his command of multiple software programs for electrical engineering and the completion of experimental test benches. He has also acquired experience in developing digital twins for renewable energy sources.

Khaled is currently pursuing a PhD in electrical engineering at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, where the focus of his research is to promote the uptake of renewables, reduce electric bills in the residential sector and especially to curb greenhouse gas emissions. He has a passion for travelling, reading and adventures of all sorts.
