Marc Defossez has worked in a variety of academic and industrial environments. After various stints as head of sensor technology for an agricultural machinery company, agricultural research engineer, micrometeorology researcher and industrial computing engineer, he now serves as principal project manager, research and innovation for Nergica.
Since 2004, Marc has been dedicated to studying the negative impacts of climate change. He leverages his curiosity, experience and autonomy to effectively integrate new technologies in the field of renewables.
Marc holds two PhDs: one in biomedical engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and another in physical oceanography from Université du Québec à Rimouski.
