This situation has negative environmental and economic consequences, as well as impacts on the health of these communities.<\/p>\n<p>Nergica and Canmet\u00c9NERGIE have partnered on a research project to explore the benefits of photovoltaic (PV) solar energy in this specific context. This collaboration has helped identify the challenges that must be addressed to optimize the deployment of this renewable energy source.
