Why This Event Is Important to Us
As a neutral and impartial stakeholder, Nergica is well-positioned to bring the entire ecosystem together around a shared goal: to include women and promote diversity in order to achieve a successful energy transition. This requires rethinking our approaches, transforming our practices, and innovating in new ways. Our team has seen this firsthand: by supporting local governments and Indigenous communities in developing their renewable energy projects, we’ve come to realize just how much an inclusive energy transition ensures sustainable partnerships. The same applies to skills development: successfully achieving the energy transition requires mobilizing all available talent.
“Elles dans le vent” is therefore not just a one-time event: it is a concrete contribution to a movement toaccelerating the development of renewable energy, a mission we have been committed to since our founding.

Cancellation
NO REFUNDS ARE APPLICABLE. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may therefore transfer your place to another member of your organization by contacting the event coordinator in advanceevent coordinator. Please note that no substitutions will be permitted at the time of the event.
Cancellation or modification by event organizer
Should Nergica be forced to cancel or modify the event, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Nergica will then refund 100% of the registration fees paid, provided the participant sends a written request to the Event Coordinatorevent coordinator.
Delays or cancellation of air or sea transport
Nergica is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. Consequently, in the event of storm or bad weather conditions preventing participants from attending the event or causing delays, Nergica will not pay any refund.

Audiovisual equipment
Certain images captured during the event will be used on our various communication and promotional platforms. If you do not wish to have photos of yourself published, please let us know.
