Nergica is an applied research and innovation center located in the Gaspé Peninsula, playing a key role in accelerating the development and adoption of renewable energies in Canada, and particularly in Quebec. We work primarily in solar energy, wind power and the integration of renewable energies. Our research facility is unique in North America, with full-scale infrastructures in cold climates and complex terrain. Founded in 2000 to develop and structure Quebec's wind energy sector, Nergica is now a world leader in cold-climate wind energy expertise.

We support organizations of all sizes, municipalities across Quebec and Aboriginal communities in their energy transition projects. To meet these challenges, Nergica relies on a vast network of partners and an exceptional team, driven by the desire to propel a sustainable energy future.

We are looking for :

• Relevant experience in governance, management, innovation or economic development;
• Driven by an interest in energy transition and sustainable development;
• Demonstrate rigor, commitment, a collaborative spirit and the ability to make constructive recommendations;

Experience in renewable energies, innovation or higher education would be an asset.
