On the 12th^e The Quebec wind energy industry conference organized by Nergica kicks off today at the Hostellerie Baie Bleue in Carleton-sur-Mer, with nearly 180 participants in attendance. The conference, one of the most important wind energy events in Canada, will continue through June 13.

Highlights

• The approximately twenty speakers will discuss the current state of the wind energy sector in Quebec, the energy transition, the impact of climate change, energy storage and Industry 4.0 as applied to wind power, cold climates, the energy of the future, and innovation.
• The results of the study titled Economic and Financial Impacts of Wind Farm Operations in Quebec will be unveiled for the first time by Aviseo Conseil.
• On the 6th^e The Quebec Wind Energy Industry Gala will take place during the conference and will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the event.
