A vibrant young woman, Marilys draws on her knowledge of atmospheric sciences to skillfully tackle the challenges associated with wind power generation in cold climates and complex terrain. In addition to developing ice modeling software (GPEO), she has made notable contributions to several projects involving ice modeling, as well as the processing, analysis, and evaluation of climate and weather models.
