Workshop: inclusion and diversity
Be part of the change by choosing to improve the sense of inclusion in your communities!
Diverse recruitment is good, but is it enough? While organizational attention is often focused on meeting targets, male-dominated workplaces would benefit from a change in culture to improve the inclusion of people from minority groups. Retention is also part of the equation.
This workshop presents a series of case studies:
1) concepts requiring vigilance for a more welcoming work environment;
2) their potential impact on individuals;
3) ideas for practices to be implemented.
