International Energy Agency Working Group on Wind Energy in Cold Climates (“IEA Wind TCP Task 19”)

Nergica was designated by the Government of Canada to represent the country in the International Energy Agency working group on wind energy in cold climates. The “IEA Wind TCP Task 19” brings together experts from eleven countries that collaborate with the aim of better understanding the potential and challenges of developing the wind sector in cold climates.

The group studies a variety of topics, including project development, operation and maintenance, health and safety, as well as the latest research in the field.
