• We do not offer reimbursements; all sales are FINAL.
• Delivery timeline: unless indicated otherwise, all Nergica publications will be sent by email or via the download link once payment has been made. Publications that require a personal licence to be added in the client’s name will be sent within 24 business hours.

• Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Applicable law: The purchase of Nergica publications is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that are applicable in the province of Quebec. The Parties irrevocably undertake to submit any dispute related to this Agreement to the courts of the province of Quebec, district of Québec City.

Requests to share or republish report extracts

Any request for authorization to reproduce a brief extract of a report in a published review can be adressed here. All Nergica publications are protected by copyright, with all rights reserved.
